IFOX CAREERS – Refund Policy for Candidates

1. Scope
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which candidates may request a refund of fees paid to Ifox Careers for overseas employment recruitment services. This policy applies to all candidates availing of our services for overseas job placements.

2. Fee Payment
Candidates are required to pay fees as per the service agreement or contract prior to the processing of their application. Payment confirmation is considered acceptance of our terms and conditions, including this Refund Policy.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If the candidate’s visa application is rejected by the overseas authority despite meeting all eligibility criteria and providing accurate documents.

• If the candidate’s employment is canceled due to reasons attributable to Ifox Careers, such as misrepresentation of job details.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Fees will not be refunded in the following cases:

• If the candidate withdraws voluntarily from the recruitment process after submission of application or documentation.

• If the candidate is denied a visa due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the candidate.

• If the overseas employer cancels the job offer for reasons beyond Ifox Careers’ control.

• Administrative, processing, or service charges that have already been incurred.

5. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@ifoxcareers.com along with relevant supporting documents.

• Refund requests will be reviewed, and Ifox Careers reserves the right to approve or reject the request based on the circumstances.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval.

• Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.

6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the refund policy shall be resolved amicably between the candidate and Ifox Careers. In case of unresolved disputes, the matter will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

7. Amendments
Ifox Careers reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be communicated to candidates via email or posted on our official website.
